Certified copies

HI ALL,

Can accused get certifed by filing CA's in copy applciation by himself.Even though he is supported by counsel.

Reason why i am asking , staff in CA office said i cant do it. Only lawyer should file for certified copies.is this true?

Getting certified copy is your right. You can file petition for the same in-person.

Nowhere in Indian Law is it written that lawyers are mandatory for the same.
