I am a central govt. Groub-A service employee and eligible for TYPE-IV govt accomodation. From July 2009 to July 2011 I was on temporary duty(Out of station from parent Deptt.) on behalf of my deptt. During this period I have retain my TYPE-III accomodation, lower from my eligibility. Now after joining I have applied for type-IV accomodation then local allotment authority say me that your senority will come at last means least priority because you had not applied for TYPE-IV on jan 2011 I have given clarification that at that time I was on temporary duty but they are disagreed. Anybody has clarification of this problem
