Hello,

The terrace is part of common space and it can be used by all the occupants in the building and it has to be maintained jointly by all the occupants.

Dear Sir,

Only we two families are the owners in possession of the building and we have already partitioned the terrace. The terrace of their part is leaking due which our ceiling fell down.

The posting suggests a problem, but not a dispute. As such, where is the question of civil or criminal action?
