We have 3-storeyed ancestral property(Kolkata).We are 3 siblings and mother who are the stakeholders.Father ( owner of the house) expired.
Can my borther install CCTV in common area (entrance ,common passage, garden) without the consent of all the stakeholders? Is it not the breach of privacy for others? Maybe the CCTV is recording our voice also!
Any response would be highly appreciated.

Well if you feel your privacy i s invaded you should place him on notice and if he desists then you can file for injunction suit

Reported to police but he is saying that he can, he is supporting my brother's act.
