It must be explained with sections 

You can visit a library in the local, look for the materials pertaining to CBI and it's rules, functions or it's power etc.

I hope after reading this, someone doesn't give an order for the books to be removed. It happens and no one knows that. I'm going there soon to a big library.

I visited their website and its quality is very good. But useful information apart from a gist of their functions. What's the use? It's like how a writ petition cost is not specifically published so that lawyers can extort. I don't think achievements section is more important than this information because law always must and often achieve success.
