This is to notify all the concerned that some unscrupulous persons /organizations are circulating fake fee receipts resembling the fee receipt generated by this office for receipt of application for registration of trade marks amongst the applicant and thus cheating innocent people .Those found guilty of such malpractices will be dealt with severely as per the provisions of criminal law. All the general public are hereby cautioned and requested to cross check with the Trade Marks Registry in case of any doubt regarding fee receipts .
