Dear All
I am a scientist working in a CSIR system.Recently we are assesed for promotions by Recruitment and assessment board .However inspite of credentials required for promotions were fulfilled, i was putdown for promotion .
I want to a file a case in CAT, Hyderabad and could any one suggest how to go about this story?

Well if you want really want to take the matters to its logical end , you have to be ready to go higher stages also such s HC and than SC. If ready go ahead.
