Quick Summary
Nitin from Belgaum is facing a significant issue with a caste mismatch on his brother's school leaving certificate, which is hindering his attempt to secure employment based on his late father's service. The discrepancy between his father's service book (Hindu Pattar) and his and his brother's certificates (Hindu Daivadnya Brahmin) has stalled the process for three years. He is seeking advice on resolving this, including the possibility and timeline of filing a civil suit.
