I have given money in cash to one of my relatives for setting up of business. i did not undertake any kind of receipt or anything. However, instead he bought a second hand Bolero and gave it to his father- in -law to ply.
although, his in-law earns a good amount of money through the vehicle as he rent it to customer. however , even after 4 years have passed he have not returned my money .he even declined to give me the money by saying that he hasn't requested for money .
then i tried to brought mediator from my other relative then he manipulated others relative by saying he hasn't asked for it .
