Dear Reader,
Myself along with my family.(2brothers, Mom & Uncle) were falsely implicated in case registered by a Neighbor.(Female) in 1996. Case was registered under section 451/506/354/323/509/34.
My brothers who stayed abroad then were visiting us, hence they returned to their respective countries post the incident and never returned since then, hence declared as Proclaimed offenders.(PO)
We have now settled the case with the complainant, my uncle got his FIR quashed from High Court, post which we approached the complainant and settled the matter through in mediation court (tis hazari) and later comprise application was accepted by the regular court.
Question now is how ! •
- How do i get my brothers out of the case. They are not willing to come down here and present themselves. We still fear that, complainant might ask for a huge settlement amount, cause my brothers are settled abroad and can afford, in luie of a settlement.
