Case listing

Can an application be submitted to the Registrar to avoid delays in listing a case? What is the method in supreme court to do so.

Quick Summary
This discussion explains how to avoid delays in listing a case in the Supreme Court. It outlines the process of contacting the registry, removing any pending objections on your petition, and then formally applying to the registry to list the case as soon as possible. Following up with your advocate is also recommended for efficient handling.

Contact registry of SC and ask if any objections are pending in petition and if yes then remove said objections and after that ask registry to list the petition in court asap.

When after removal of objections by you case is not listed in court then you can file application in registry to list the case at the earliest in court.

You can follow it up through your advocate who handles your case in suprme court, he knows the things better.

What are the facts? What is the context?
