Greetings!

The parties to a criminal suit are-

Aggrieved party- who was aggrieved by any criminal offense and files the criminal suit.
Accused person- against whom the suit is filed and the criminal proceeding is conducted.

A person who only appears in the case as a witness is not considered a party.
