Case dismissed but complaint file matter.

My case dismissed but complaint file in National Human Rights commission. Can you describe it?

Quick Summary
When a judge dismisses a case, it means a trial won't proceed, typically due to insufficient evidence. However, even if a case is dismissed, a complaint can still be filed with the National Human Rights Commission. This means that while the legal proceedings in court have ended, the matter may still be investigated by the NHRC.

When a judge dismisses a case against someone, he or she formally states that there is no need for a trial, usually because there is not enough evidence for the case to continue.
