Hi,
My father-in-law was allotted a BDA site 9 yrs back. He is paying tax regularly. Now he wants sell this. However, few villagers are blocking this by saying these survey numbers in court against acquiring the land from them.
Who should be approached to know more details about this case(BDA office??)
If the case it true, can BDA allote some other clean site from the same layout? How it shall be approached(through court??)
