Car dealer cheated on manufacturing date of the car

I purchased a car Honda BRV with a dealer, who commited to give Nov 2018 manufacturing, but when my car get registered , I see the MFG dat as 1/2018

what I can do with Dealer on this

U issue legal notice and go to consumer court
