Govt servant/pensioner convicted of a crime while in any point of service transferred the property to his her legal hairs in order to abate recovery of such property earned by his savings by the government. What is possibility of recovery of such property?

Hello,
If govt. comes to know that property is transferred for avoiding the recovery by attachment of property. Then such property can be recovered for recovery.

If the party contesting the transfer has any evidence of the fraudulent sale intended to deceive the government then that can be brought up in court. And in this way the transfer could be set aside or will be void.
