hi ,
my wife left me in sept 2009. Oct 2009 i filed for divorce. june 2012 she filed case u/s 498a, 34 n 31 .
filed writ in HC for quashing. HC ordered IO of case to file cloure report within 3mths.
Got AB from DJ court. parents were given regular bail but i was given provisional bail.
want to knoe if prov. AB can be cancelled if IO of case or m wife applies for it.
?if yes then what should be my next plan of action?
