We were already sent the termination request 15 days back.Now we don't want to terminate the lease.Though the agreement is valid till Dec 2012, since we were given notice, Landlord is increasing the rent if we would like to continue in the same house. Is that legal? Can't they ignore the e-mail which we sent?
