Canadian citizen involved in fake case

i am canadian citizen came to India in 2014 but police involved me in fake case in which i am outside from jail right know my case is almost finished so I want to go back to Canada but my canadian passport is expired so when I talk to embassy they people ask me to bring NOC so what's the procedure to get the Noc i need legal help pls advice me what to do next thanks
