Can wife be prosecuted if husband issues cheque from her account for his liability and cheque bounce

Can anyone help with citation on the point if wife can be prosecuted or not ???? as the husband is not the holder of the cheque and also complainant cannot be called the holder in due course.....

Hello

Just one question whose sign was there on the cheque?

the wife has signed the cheque BUT there is letter on record that shows the husband alone has acted in issuing the cheque to his creditor........ wife has never consented to the issuance of her cheque

Sir

I am afraid that she can be prosecuted. These are the things that needs to be prove during a trial
