Sir seller had registered plot with pahani as link document in year 2007 but with correct survry number.since pahani hav no boundaries and location information, seller had given wrong party name for 2 boundaries. Seller is not comming for correction.link document with pahani title ,survey number will only flow .
Query @since seller gave boundaries on assumption, can I go to registration office for correction of boundaries with out seller

Both of you (vendee) and seller (vendor) of the property will have to approach concerned Sub-Registrar to get a rectification deed registered
If vendor is not cooperating or not available file a suit for declaration in jurisdictional civil court through a local prudent lawyer
