Can siblings like sister or brother wife claim gifted property from parents.

Dear lawyer's My question is can a siblings/ brother wife claim a gifted property from parent to daughter . When the property is earned by parent only not inherited by family tree. For example first son is experied due to health issue and one daughter was kept away from family due to illegal second marriage .

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether siblings, or specifically a brother's wife, can legally claim property that was gifted by parents to a daughter. The consensus is that a person's self-earned property can be gifted to whomever they choose, and others generally have no right to claim a share of such gifted assets.

Self earned property of a person can be gifted by that person to anyone he likes and others have no right to claim any share in it.
