Can registery be made against GPA&Will in Haryana Faridabad

I have purchased a 1170sqft plot in bhupani Faridabad. The GPA and Will has been done from Gaziabad court from the dealer. Can we do the registry against GPA &Will and do we will need the dealer needs to be presented at the time of registry?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether a property registry in Bhupani, Faridabad, Haryana can be completed using a General Power of Attorney (GPA) and Will that were executed in Ghaziabad. It also enquires about the necessity of the dealer's presence during the registry process. The consensus is that such registrations are generally not permissible under Haryana law, and the original owner's presence or a registered GPA is typically required.
