Can one verify false degree of a spouse via 3rd party from collectorate.

Can one verify false educational marksheets of his spouse if spouse has filed a false dowry case against him. What can one do if his wife is responsible for early death of his parents. Why law's meant to protect people are being misused to harass people.

If the RTI act permits the third party to get the persona information of anyone then the third party can submit a request letter under RTI act, but it may be denied because it pertains to the privacy issue

That means there's no legal way to prove in case we have been cheated with a false degree in India sir? The front person will never give a consent to verify the degree.

Please help with guidance.
