Dears, I have dispute with management. Illegally management restrain me for performing my part of duty and finally they issued a termination letter on non performance grounds. I would like to refer this matter to Labor commissioner for conciliation. Do I need to visit Labour commissioner personally or can I send request letter through speed post?
You can send, but preference is to go physically. Aside please see whether you are a workman under the ID Act or not or S&E Act too is applicable! You must take conference with an Advocate for proper analysis and legal recourse.
