I want appropriate Solution of following Question
Ques : my mother's father have agricuture land but after his deth his sons want to seperate this land individually thats why at that time my mother signed on one affidavite in which written that after signed my mother not eligible to claim for any portion of this agricuture land. in now i want to re-enter my mother name in 7/12 forms than what i have to do? or how i can purchase Farm land on my mother name?
