Can i file a case against a girl

I was cheted by a girl in the name of love and marriage,

she was in love with me for 4 years, she made my parents also to wait.

But after 4 years now she is going to marry othery guy,she didnt allow me to talk to their parents also,i have some proofs like photos, emails and some of my friends.

Now i want to file a case against her, you may feel i am selfish but the truth is i too accepted her decision, i only asked her to be in contact with me atleast on phone. but she refused everything and avoiding.

With out any mistake on part me, she is not at all showing concern.

Please help me to proceed legally. she may or may not marry me after i file a case. but i want justice.

Dear friend, first try to find maximum details through the TV Serial `Emotional Attyachar'. Once you get the full details of your case then go for filing a case on BREECH OF TRUST.

If her marriage still not solemnized, you can write to the groom stating all the details and that you are going to take action for breach of trust.

just file a case againt her contact a lawyer first dont go police station directly... if she is not bothering about you , then show her who you are this will be a good lesson for cheaters

U just cannot force a girl or boy to get married ........ it may be true that she/he was in love with u for 4 -5 years ...... she/he may have also promised to marry you ........ BUT that does not mean that she/he has no right to re-think about her/his decision .......... Please act grown up ...... it's better to separate now before marriage rather than get entangled in court room dramas with kids getting affected later on in future ................
