I had given my OS suit to represent one adv. After seeing to many errors in the application filed and non appearance in court, not taking property steps. I decided to withdraw.
Can i contest my own case in trail court.

Yes, you may file the case as "party in-person", if you have legal knowledge qua procedure and law applicable on the subject.

If you think that you have sufficient legal knowledge and procedure then you can contest your case as party in person.

You are not barred from conducting your own case, if you are in doubt about various procedures of the court, you can take the assistance from an advocate outside couret to guide you properly
