You can purchase Gramakantam property in Telangana, but it's crucial to understand that the land is generally vested in the Gram Panchayat unless a notification is issued for vesting in the government. You should verify the land records and ensure there are no outstanding issues before purchasing.

In the absence of any registered title document or parent document it is not advisable too purchase the land or the house property built on the grama kantham property.
"Gramakantam" refers to village open spaces or public lands managed by the local village panchayat, and while villagers can utilize them with permission, they don't have ownership rights, so you cannot purchase it.
These lands are intended for the common use of villagers, such as for grazing animals, holding village gatherings, or other public activities.
Gramakantam lands are not meant for private ownership or purchase.
