Can file os suit with notarized copies

Sir, we are going to file a declaration of title suit with Jr.civil court, we need  certified copies need or we can go with  xerox copies with notary?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a declaration of title suit can be filed using notarised Xerox copies instead of certified copies. While notarised copies might be accepted for initial filing, it's confirmed that original or certified copies will be mandatory for cross-examination or when a final order is made. Therefore, relying solely on notarised Xerox copies for the entire legal process is not advisable.

When you file suit  no one objects it is Xerox or notarised ,but to exhibit original or certified is mandatory.
