Can chargesheet be taken through rti

I have got certified copy of chargesheet, but could not get the copies of evidences submitted by the opposite party.

Plz let me know how can I get those copies.

Can i get ir from police station through RTI or is there any other easy method.

file an application before court for certified copies of the same through coping department of the court, if the same is on the record then you can get the copy otherwise not
