can an application under O21 R106 for setting aside order under order 21 rule 105 is a seperate proceeding like restoration petition.

for filing application under O 21 R106 CPC seperate vakalatnama is required.

What is the next step to be taken when my advocate does not file the application under O 21 rule 106 and the limitation of 30 days is over.
