Can a husband file complaint on section 66a for sending him offensive watsapp messages and email

I have thrown out of my matrimony house within 1 month of marriage by husband and in laws for dowry... I went to police and submitted written complaint but she didn't file FIR and instead harrased me because of husbands influence.. I stopped going to police station and asked to close the complaint upon asked by lady officer. Due to anger I sent offensive messages to husband and in laws. Now  after 5 years of seperation I am planning to file complaint in court for section 156(3) in court. My question is if the court directs police to investigate my case again.. Wat complaint can police file against me if husband shows those messages

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether offensive messages sent via WhatsApp and email by a wife to her husband and in-laws, following a separation due to dowry harassment, could lead to a complaint under Section 66A of the IT Act. The original poster, who faced alleged harassment and was asked to withdraw her police complaint, is now considering legal action and is concerned about potential counter-complaints based on the messages she sent in anger.

Everyone is equal before the law; there could be no excption just because alleged wrong doer happens to be a woman.
