I am planing to purchase a house is under construction and may be completed within two months. The thing is that the site is 6.5cents DTCP approved. The wonner has partitioned that site into tow by 3.2 cents each and sold to two different parties (Kerayum panniyachu). One of the buyer/builder constrcting the hose that one i would like to purchase. He got plan approval for the house too. It happended 6 months back when it was in municipal/perurachi. Now the area is under corporation limit. my questions are
Is it legally fine or it will be a problem in future what types of problem it may be.
Whther both sites can be considered as DTCP.
Whether i may get loan.
whether it may be considered as a completed house or partial payment from Bank.
