if a compromise is done between 2 parties in court and the statement is recorded in front of a lower court judge.
the complaintain Is A and respondent is B.
now the party B is refusing the compromise.
so now the compromise can be cancelled by the court or the compromise written will be executed.

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a compromise agreement, formally recorded before a judge in a lower court, can be cancelled if one party refuses to abide by it. The core question is whether the court can revoke the compromise or if it will be executed as agreed. Further details about the specific case facts are needed to provide a definitive answer.
