A person threatened me on phone. I filed FIR against him. Police registered 507 non cognizable. For evidence purpose can I ask magistrate to issue an order to mobile service provider for saving his SMS contents & call log details? So that I can obtain it as an evidence & knowing what's he cooking up for future.
