cjm can be made party only when there is a grave error done which is very much apparant from his deed while dealing with that particular case and which is very much against the rule and procedures and also outside his jurisdiction. you have to show his biasness.

Hello Raj Kishore Vaish, I acknowledge your question. In general, a Chief judicial magistrate cannot be made a party in person to any criminal revision unless and until he does not abide principles of natural justice and creates grave error in the same. And the same must be proved to the appellant court.
