Can anybody guide me what should i do when i forword my any application through proper cahnnel and the senior block the information to admin. result i got nothing.
i am a Staff nurse in Central govt hospital, there is a rule if i apply any thing like leave, noc, salary certificate etc. i must send my application to my Sister incharge > ANS > DNS > Sr.DNS if any one is not happy with me then my application rejects? in this case what should i do ? can any body let me know is this a rule ? or i can bypass this system ?
because so many time i had rejection of my applications due to the system.
