Buysing a plot approved under kulh kayada

Hello,

I have following query-

Mr. Raut got this plot under Kulh Kayada total area 1-48. Out of this total plot area, Mr Chimankar got the approval from collector for buying 87.5 area. After getting the approval Mr. Chimankar bought that plot 87.5 area. Now, we are planning to buy 3500 Sq Ft from Mr Chimankar.

7 /12 for the plot is for total area 1-48 still having kulh kayada mentioned. But, it also has Pherphar num mention along with name of Mr. Chimankar. And respective Pherphar document mention that land 87.5 is purchased after getting collector approval.

Once we buy this 3500 Sq Ft, will there by any issues? Which documents shall we looked at before buying this land?

Hi Deepak, sorry if I have confused.

I want to know if I can buy the above mentioned plot. I will try to clarify it.

Mr. Raut got this plot under Kulh Kayada total area 1-48 Hectare. Out of this total plot area, Mr Chimankar got the approval from collector for buying 87.5 area. so collector removed kulh Kayada on 87.5 Guntha area. After getting the approval Mr. Chimankar bought 87.5 Guntha plot. Now, we are planning to buy 3500 Sq Ft from Mr Chimankar which is part of 87.5 Guntha.

Can I buy this plot?

Please let me know your opinion on this. Thanks.

Once you got certificate 32M under Btal act,after completing 32G you can purchase the land pl send the papers for further advice.
