Buying rule of agriculture land in Gujarat

My grandfather was a farmer and had a land in gujarat.

My father was not an farmer but became the co-owner of the land after the demise of my grandfather.

Can I buy agricultural land in gujarat?

My Younger brother owns 8 VIGHA agriculture land in Gujarata. I want to add my name as a joint owner  to that 8 VIGHA agricultre land. Is 8 VIGHA enough land to allow two owners name? I am wondering if there is any law requires minimum certain amount of land to have joint ownership.

Myself owns different agriculutre land too. I want to know 8 VIGHA is enough agriculture land to have two joint owners in Gujarat?

I read your few Answers to others Questions but i have a one situation my mothers's father was a farmer and till his death he owning a land after his death when (pedhi namu) did my mother also become farmer in 2011 but we are not owning any land but yes mother's brother is owing it still.. my Question is if i want to buy a farmer land for farming pourpus can i do legally.. dosen't matter if i have to buy it on mother name...
