Hi Sir/Madam,
I am planning to buy a plot in a layout approved by Local Planning Authority in Tamilnadu. The total land size approved was 29 cents but the layout plan didn't show the sub-division of plots. The seller after receiving the layout approval for his land then sub-divided tit into four plots with a pathway in the middle and selling one of them to me.
1. Is it okay to buy that plot given that the layout was already approved by DTCP? But I don't see an approval after sub-dividing the approved layout land into four plots ?
2. He made a private pathway in the middle for four plots and yet to hand it over to the corporation. Is this mandatory for getting govt. utilities like EB, Water etc.?
