Buying a land in sidco

There is an offer to buy a vacant land in sidco, Tamilnadu. my query is can an individual buy land in sidco area, if so what are all the aspects should be checked and whether it would be profitable if he resales that.

It's an affordable scheme along with the rights given to buyers and sellers i.e. for business purpose etc. Well, one needs to check and verify all the documents such as title deeds, sales deeds, size of the land and registration etc.
