Buying a house

Dear Sirs, 

Please guide

1. Can I buy a house out of my money in the names of my daughters and wife to avoid transfer of ownership upon my death. 

2. Only one daughter is married and earning and other daughter and wife are dependent on me. 

Please advice.

You can buy any property on your choice. There is no such restrictions. After all you are the payer.

Yes, you can buy property out of your self earned money in name of your wife and daughter, no bar.

Yes you may do so, there's nothing obstructing a person to purchase property in names of his/her legal heirs or legal dependents.
