I am planing to buy the free hold property in Ghaziabad Govindpuram ( Krishna Garden)
So please let me know which documents i need to check before buy.
There is builder Floor.
Total no of Flate - 12.and Total floor 3. I want to buy top floor because builder told me that you can also use the Roof it means you can also make another floor as per their commitment.
Please let me know that his commitment is ok or not. it is possible.
