My father passed away in April 2021. 5 months later, a questionable will was registered in September 2021 by the son of my brother. The will was allegedly executed using their driver as a witness, despite the fact that my father & mother had lived separately from the brother & his family for over 35 years with no communication.
After the passing of my father, brothers family locked his house during covid second wave, citing COVID-19 protocols, and prohibited me & my sisters from entering my fathers house, claiming it was for health safety. During this period, they destroyed all original documents and potential original will, keeping me & my sisters completely in the dark. Later, they presented a freshly fabricated will and registered it without notifying the us or seeking our consent.
we challanged the will but after 4 years there's no meaningful progress, likely due to political connections of my brother, they are collecting lacks of rent each month & bribing anyone who comes in there way & we have nothing to fight the case, Even after 4 years, our advocate hasn't gotten a stay in the case.
