What happens when ex husband makes breach of agreement of mutual divorce agreement? He agreed to bear all day to day expenses of kids but after 2/3 months of divorce he is doing that.. have call him again and again still ignoring kids requirements.. plz suggest.. divorce happened on 14th February this year.

If the husband is not complying with the terms of mutual consent divorce then the wife can appeal against the divorce and the wife can also file a maintenance application in the court against her husband.
