Brand name copy

I am running a pharmacy outlet for 12 years as a franchise. Now another group is launching a new shop with same brandname within 100 meters of my shop. How can I stop them from using same name?

If you have registered Trade Mark of Brand name and another group is launching a new shop with same brand name, you can send cease and desist notice and stop them.
