Boundary line tree problem by the neighbour

I am facing problem for my neighbour's trees which were planted near my house's wall. It's been 4 years that I had requested him to cut these trees, but he is not listening to me. Now the trees are so big that it's making problem for my house.what should I do?

Quick Summary
If your neighbour's trees planted near your property line are causing issues and they refuse to take action after repeated requests, you have several options. You can start by issuing a formal legal notice. If that fails, consider approaching a court of law or filing a complaint with your local municipal authority.
