In india high court it was agreed that I can stay with my kids in India till april and then leave to US which was signed and agreed by my wife ,but my wife filed a petetion in US court for child custody and I am asked to appear on feb in US court.Married in India,kids are 9 and 7 years old and are with me , all of us have OCI,which country law or court order should I follow ?

You can represent your case before US court with the help of an advocate there stating the facts of the orders passed in India in this regard and that you will be able to come over to US only after April, so to adjourn the matter until then for proper adjudication and your personal appearance to explain your side facts against the allegations leveled by your wife in her case in US.
