borrower died left behind minors

a lady availed loan and purchased a house. she mortgaged the same and she died left behind husband and minors children. how to continue loan is there any permission for minor share as it is already mortgaged ?

her husband can continue the loan repayments. According to me  the question of minior shares does not arise here.
